Changed the 2nd WoE times to 19:00 - 20:00 on Wednesday/Saturday and 1:00 - 2:00 on Wednesday/Saturday

Added the Vending Harbor map, all player vending will be done on this map. Access the map by using the warper or by typing @go vend or @go 26 if you are a VIP user.

Added a new town. It is a premium town that is only accessible by VIP users by using @go 27. Some special NPCs will be made soon that can only be found in this map.

Trans/Extend instant cast raised to 150

For 3rd class, instant cast for 1st/2nd skills has been rasied to 175. All 3rd class skills now rely on renewal cast times and have a 75% variable cast time that is reduced with DEX and 25% fixed cast time.

Due to the new balances with 3rd class skills, 3rd class skills will be usable in Prontera WoE castles for atleast a few WoEs to check for balance. 3rd Class skills are however still not allowed in any MVP map or payon guild castles

I've made a complete revamp of the client, the full installer now has all up to date kRO files and both the Lite and Full client have alot of new content in them. So all players must atleast download the lite client. I have also made a completely new patcher that gives you the options to go to the forum/main site and a news feed.

Due to the recent web host change and domain transfer, the links might not be availible to you depending on your location. This is just becasue of the domain transfer, it should work for everyone in 24-72 hours.

VERY IMPORTANT: If you are installing this over a old copy of Azure RO, you might first go into that folder and delete a file called "update.dat" it might just appear as update to you though, this is the file that stores patch data and since this is a new client it has new patch data.

I have also made some changes to the server.

@autotrade is again accessible to all players

@jump has been removed from VIP commands, the reason for this is becasue players where abusing it to kill MVPS, If any of you are upset about this its your own fault for abusing it.

A Unlimted Fly wing has been added to the cash shop so players dont have to buy tons of fly wings if they dont want.

An unlimted butterfly wing has been added also.

All non 3rd classes now have a max lvl and stats of 99. (Any older 2nd class char that has already gone over this, you will be ask to either job change or have your level/stats reversed to 99.)

There is a separate instant cast rate for 2nd classes and 3rd classes now due to the difference in max stats, 2nd classes have a cast time of 150, and 3rd have 165.

Some Shops in prontera have been edited a bit.

-There is now four guild castles open and new times open. This is too give players a choice on what kind of WoE they want to join and there is different time to help those in different time zones, the schedule goes as follows:

• Regular Azure RO WoE: Tuesday and Friday, 19:00-20:00 Server time, Prontera Castle 5
  
• Regular Azure RO WoE: Tuesday and Friday, 1:00-2:00 Server time, Prontera Castle 4
  
• 2nd Class only WoE(Basically ever class expect 3rd jobs), Wednesday and Saturday, 21:00 to 22:00, Payon Castle 1
  
• 2nd Class only WoE(Basically ever class expect 3rd jobs), Wednesday and Saturday, 3:00 to 4:00, Payon Castle 2

There is many other changes, and things added to the server but I will announce those in the coming days.

*As always these changes are subject to change.

Fix sprite on one of the new items that drops in the novice area, no longer gives sprite error as long as you update your Azure RO with the patcher.

Re added Genetic cart boost, if anyone still has problems with errors with this skill update your ragnarok by running the Ragnarok.exe and Ragnarok_RE.exe in your Azure RO folder.

I have wrote a script that will auto debuff any 3rd Class buffs when you enter WoE grounds or any Map with MVPs. This is to stop the players that have been buffing up with 3rd Class skills and then warping to WoE or MVP maps.

Added new items to Vote shop, Kanzashi's and there is a different one every month. So if you see one you like one get it before its gone!

Fixed @main chat, VIP players can chat to whole server using @main. Same chat rules still apply, dont be rude and only english in @main chat.

All GM characters will now have GM sprites, DO NOT believe anyone is a GM unless they have the sprite.

WoE will now only have one castle, it will be castle 5 in prontera. I will add more when more guilds appear in server.

Very impportant As of July 11th, Azure RO has a new patcher site so players must download the new patcher and put it in there Azure RO folder and overwrite the old one in order to download patches for Azure RO. Download new patcher here
